Description
The City of Hermiston is soliciting bids for construction of the E. Jennie Avenue Local Improvement District Roadway Improvements project. The work includes extending E. Jennie Avenue from N.E. 8th Place to N.E. 10th Street and constructing a half-street improvement with a sidewalk, roadside rock swale, ribbon curb, and approximately 26.5 feet of asphalt paving to accommodate two-way traffic. The project is subject to Oregon Prevailing Wage Law under ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870 and has an expected duration of 90 days. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN; registered QuestCDN plan holders are eligible to participate in electronic bidding. Minority- and women-owned businesses are encouraged to bid.
