Description
The Region is soliciting bids for commercial floor mat rental services. This includes the rental of various types of commercial floor mats, scheduled exchange of rented mats, and the laundering and delivery of different sized floor mats for specified locations within York Region properties. All bid submissions must be electronic and submitted through the Region's Bids and Tenders website by 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on the due date. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. A deposit of $5,000.00 via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer is required with each bid.
