Description
The Department of the Army, through Army Contracting Command–Rock Island, is seeking multiple contractors for a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract covering full-service architect-engineer design, design-build construction, and design-bid-build construction services. The contract has a stated ceiling value of $4,171,491,000 and is full and open/unrestricted under NAICS 236210, Industrial Building Construction. Work will support modernization of Government Owned Contractor Operated and Government Owned Government Operated Army ammunition plants, depots, and related facilities throughout the United States. Requirements may include manufacturing safety improvements, energetic-mass isolation, resilient and sustainable operations, environmental impact statements and assessments, permitting, and design and construction activities pursuing U.S. Green Building Council LEED certification. Contractors must provide necessary personnel, labor, facilities, materials, supplies, and equipment; perform work in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and the Unified Facilities Criteria; and conduct design work under the direct supervision of a registered, licensed professional architect and engineer.
