Description
The City of Del Rio is soliciting bids for the purchase of maintenance chemicals used by its Parks Department and San Felipe Springs Golf Course during fiscal year 2026–2027. The requested products include herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, fungicides, wetting agents, soil amendments, surfactants, soil conditioners, and other turf and ground-maintenance chemicals for parks, athletic fields, greens, fairways, and related grounds. Bidders must complete and sign the Bid Affidavit and City of Del Rio Bid Form, provide pricing for the listed parks and golf course chemicals, and include any applicable signed addenda. The solicitation also includes required purchasing forms and certifications, including conflict-of-interest, debarment and suspension, vendor information, tax, and statutory compliance forms. Insurance is required for contracts over $15,000, including statutory workers’ compensation, $100,000 employer’s liability, and $1,000,000 comprehensive general liability and business automobile liability coverage; the certificate of insurance is requested after award upon request.
