Description
Humble Independent School District is establishing a rolling, approved vendor pool for awards, custom items, promotional products, and associated services needed for district events, educational programs, student recognition, athletic competitions, and school-spirit activities. Requested offerings include medals, plaques, trophies, achievement and attendance awards, backpacks, bags, jugs, apparel and accessories, yard signs, decals, name badges, tags, nameplates, rubber stamps, and other promotional items. Associated services include embroidery, engraving, laser services, screen printing, installation when available, and shipping or inside delivery. Vendors must provide descriptions of their offerings, discount pricing by category, catalog or brochure materials, customer references, required certifications and acknowledgments, and responses to the online attributes and line items. Awards may be made to one or multiple vendors, with purchases made on an as-needed, per-project or annual basis; placement on the approved vendor list does not guarantee any purchase volume.
