Description
The U.S. Trade and Development Agency is soliciting a pool of up to 15 contractors under a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to plan, organize, manage, implement, and document reverse trade missions, conferences, forums, workshops, trainings, and other partnership-building events. Activities may occur in the United States or overseas and may be conducted in person, virtually, or in hybrid formats, including multiple concurrent events across regions, sectors, locations, and time zones. Required capabilities include event and project management; venue and vendor coordination; domestic and international travel, lodging, and transportation logistics; support for foreign delegations and U.S. Government participants; participant recruitment, outreach, registration, and marketing; agenda, itinerary, presentation, and event-material development; interpretation and translation; audiovisual and virtual-event support; diplomatic protocol; data collection, evaluation, reporting, and closeout. The contract has a $100,000,000 aggregate ceiling, a maximum task order value of $3,000,000, and a five-year base-plus-four-option ordering period. The initial task order will be awarded noncompetitively, while subsequent task orders may be competed or awarded noncompetitively. Offerors must submit technical, past-performance, price, and general-information volumes, including relevant experience, staffing and management approaches, resumes, past-performance information, pricing, certifications, and signed solicitation documents.
