This presolicitation notice announces an upcoming requirement for range maintenance and repair support at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River. Work includes labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and general repairs to keep training areas usable, including carpentry, welding, masonry, electrical work, painting, heavy-equipment operations, mechanical maintenance, prop refurbishment, and trash and debris removal. Other tasks include fabricating, installing, and repairing gates, flagpoles, barriers, signs, fencing, barricades, range structures, facilities, berms, firing positions, bunkers, retaining walls, bleachers, and related features across 115 live-fire ranges and 566 training facilities within a 40-mile radius of the training complex. The anticipated contract is firm-fixed-price and non-recurring, with a one-year base period and four 12-month options; an additional extension of up to six months may be required under FAR 52.217-8. The procurement is a 100% certified small-business set-aside, and joint ventures and teaming arrangements are not permitted. The agency anticipates using a lowest-price-technically-acceptable evaluation and expects proposals to address corporate experience, technical capability, price or cost, and past performance. This is a presolicitation notice, not a request for proposals, quotes, or bids; the solicitation was expected to be issued on or before November 11, 2026.
