The Naval Power Training Unit at Joint Base Lindsey Graham requires a brand-name acquisition of 50 Grace Industries SuperPASS 5 Personal Alert Safety Systems, part number SP5-H-A-30, for shipboard firefighters using SCBA harnesses. The devices must be standalone, free of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cellular, and active RF transmission hardware, and provide motion detection, thermal sensing, manual alarm activation, audible and visual alerts, intrinsic safety certification, NFPA 1982 compliance, and IP67 protection. The requirement also includes one Grace Industries PC USB Download and Configuration Cable, part number S5T5DLC-1, for downloading internal data logs, resetting device clocks, and maintaining the PASS units. The contractor must provide manufacturer-standard user manuals and commercial warranty documentation with the shipment. Delivery is FOB destination within 30 calendar days after award. The acquisition is a 100% total small-business set-aside and will use a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation.
