Description
The Region of Peel is prequalifying construction management firms for construction management services related to the Stage 3 Liquids and Biosolids Expansion at the Clarkson Water Resource Recovery Facility. Because of the project's complexity and specialization, only the most experienced and qualified respondents will be invited to submit proposals for the project, which is intended to proceed in 2026. This is an open construction request for proposals/qualifications with a stated 120-month duration. Submissions must be made online in English unless otherwise specified in the bid document. The procurement is subject to the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, and other applicable trade agreements. Detailed bid documents will be posted when available; some documents may require supplier registration and a subscription or pay-per-bid access to download or participate.
