Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, through its Bureau of Procurement & Contract Management, is seeking written input to support development of a future Request for Applications for managed care organizations that would administer physical health services to Medical Assistance beneficiaries statewide. This RFI is for information and planning purposes only and will not result in an award or payment to respondents. Respondents may address all or selected topics concerning Medicaid managed care program design, outcomes-based contracting, quality and performance measures, value-based payment and financing, initiative development, provider and community partnerships, chronic-condition management, perinatal and child health, children with complex health needs, technology and data, and program integrity. Responses should include a cover letter and a concise conceptual solutions and strategies response, use 12-point serif or sans-serif font, and be limited to 20 pages excluding the cover letter and attachments.
