Description
The City of Harrisburg is soliciting bids for coordinated multiple contracts covering interior renovations at Bureau of Fire Stations 1 and 2. The work includes demolition and reconstruction of bunk rooms, restrooms and showers, offices, partitions, doors, interior glazing, architectural casework, painting, flooring, ceilings, plumbing fixtures, domestic-water distribution, sanitary waste, HVAC redistribution, electrical service redistribution, interior lighting, and connections to existing systems. The owner will occupy portions of the facilities throughout construction. Addendum 2 extends the bid deadline, adds Responsible Contractor/Subcontractor Certification Forms and apprenticeship-qualification documentation, and removes the prior 75% self-performance requirement. Bidders must acknowledge all issued addenda and submit the required bid bond, insurance certificate, non-collusion affidavit, legal disclosure, pricing schedule, subcontractor information, government-contract list, written bid narrative, equipment list, and responsible-contractor documentation through the designated procurement portal.
