Description
Dauphin County is soliciting bids for construction under the 2023 TISIP Program – Bundle #1. The work includes drainage improvements, guide rail upgrades, ADA ramp and sidewalk improvements, pavement and curb work, erosion and sediment controls, traffic maintenance, and culvert replacement at locations in Mifflin Township, Lykens Borough, Middle Paxton Township, and Millersburg Borough. The Mifflin Township work includes removal of an existing bridge and construction of a precast reinforced-concrete box culvert over Little Wiconisco Creek. The bid package requires online submission through PennBID, including bid security, a hand-signed completed bid form, non-collusion and employment-verification forms, authority-to-do-business evidence, equal-employment and non-segregated-facilities certifications, contractor and subcontractor responsibility and compliance forms, a required bidder questionnaire, and completed pricing information. The project has a 10 percent bid-security requirement, Pennsylvania prevailing-wage requirements, and a contract schedule requiring substantial completion by October 29, 2027, with final completion by December 30, 2027.
