Description
The City seeks a veterinary reference laboratory to provide diagnostic testing services for the Zoo. The bid form requests pricing for laboratory tests including small- and large-animal CBC/chemistry panels, avian and reptile panels, fecal enteric pathogen cultures, urinalysis, cytology, aerobic culture and sensitivity, avian bile acids, and urine cortisol/creatinine ratio. The award is to one bidder for all items, and the form includes an option for two additional years at the same unit prices. Shipping, freight, and handling are billed separately at the contractor's actual net cost, with supporting documentation.
