Description
The University of Notre Dame seeks a turnkey Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS) for characterizing materials and devices. The system must support electrical and thermal measurements across a range of temperatures and magnetic fields, with modularity for researcher-designed sample inserts and novel measurements in a low-temperature, high-magnetic-field cryostat. The supplier will work with university researchers to finalize specifications, build and deliver the system, provide site preparation requirements, install and demonstrate the system, and provide one-time operational training. The proposal must address the technical requirements, timeline, and detailed fees, including preventive maintenance, spare parts, warranty, and consumables. The purchase is described as a one-time buy.
