Description
Lafayette County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to administer a Federal Emergency Management Agency Hazard Mitigation Grant for the SW County Road 300 project. The selected contractor will provide complete project management and satisfy all federal- and state-imposed requirements for grant implementation and compliance. The grant award is stated as $201,529.65, and the resulting contract is subject to grant award and release of funds by the funding agency. Responses must describe the firm's qualifications, relevant Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and other federal grant experience, proposed technical approach and task outline, assigned personnel and responsibilities, familiarity with local conditions, fee basis, and applicable subcontractors. The solicitation also requires a Public Entity Crimes Statement and numerous federal and local certifications, affidavits, acknowledgments, and contract-clause acceptances. Submittals are limited to 75 pages; certified MBE/WBE firms may submit certification documentation and receive evaluation consideration.
