Description
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources is soliciting a contractor to provide a two-year preventative maintenance program for emergency generators and related equipment at Lincoln State Park. The scope covers the equipment identified in Schedule A, including Generac and Onan generators, transfer switches, and associated appurtenant systems. The contractor must perform an initial inspection, develop and maintain a maintenance protocol and schedule, complete one pre-scheduled service visit per year before October 1, and provide systematic inspections, servicing, repairs, parts replacement, testing, cleaning, adjustments, fuel testing, and service documentation. Emergency services are also included, with a required telephone response within 30 minutes and onsite response within a timeframe agreed with the property manager. The contractor must perform at least 15% of the work with its own forces and may subcontract no more than 85%.
