Description
Tell City-Troy Township School Corporation is soliciting proposals for a turnkey structured cabling project at Tell City Jr.-Sr. High School and William Tell Elementary School. The contractor will provide time-and-materials pricing and supply and install up to approximately 95 Category 6A plenum cable runs, averaging 250 feet each, with vendor-supplied patch panels in IDF/MDF locations. The scope includes all equipment, materials, cabling, connectors, mounting hardware, labor, terminations, labeling, testing, removal of replaced cabling, cleanup, and related installation work. Panduit products or equivalent are required, and installations must comply with applicable TIA/EIA telecommunications wiring standards and state and local electrical codes. The project includes approximately 53 runs at Tell City Jr.-Sr. High School and 42 runs at William Tell Elementary School, including approximately 23 new runs and replacement of aging infrastructure. Proposals must provide per-site, per-run line-item pricing with quantities, manufacturers, part numbers, descriptions, unit prices, and extended prices; separate eligible and ineligible services; identify the bidder's E-Rate SPIN number; provide two similar-work references; and include a ready-to-execute or sample contract incorporating the stated E-Rate contingencies. The district may scale back or cancel the project and may consider multi-year contracts with voluntary extensions.
