Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research and a sources-sought inquiry for brand-name-only Leica Biosystems BOND-III validated reagents, ancillary products, and consumables supporting automated immunohistochemistry and in-situ hybridization testing. Required products include BOND Polymer Refine Detection Kits, ancillary reagents such as paraffin wax, wash solutions and retrieval buffers, printer ribbons and labels, trays, containers, tubing, waste kits, BOND Covertile components, ready-to-use antibodies and reagents, BOND ISH probes, and Novocastra concentrates and related Leica antibody products. Respondents must demonstrate capability to furnish genuine Leica products compatible with the BOND-III platform, provide descriptive literature and authorization evidence where applicable, address nonmanufacturer-rule, Buy American Act, and Trade Agreement matters, and provide estimated pricing and delivery information. Products must generally have at least 12 months of remaining shelf life upon delivery, with replacement of damaged, expired, or nonconforming items at no additional cost. The contemplated requirement consists of recurring, as-ordered deliveries under a base period plus four option years; this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotes or proposals.
