Description
This Request for Information seeks vendor input on staffing support for Federal Occupational Health (FOH). The anticipated scope includes business operations, administration, account management, customer service, consultation, quality assurance, case management, and occupational health services such as clinical care, medical evaluations, environmental health and safety, wellness and health promotion, and behavioral health services. Direct patient care may be included but is secondary and not guaranteed. Support may be needed at occupational health centers, area offices, and remote sites in the continental United States and outside the continental United States; services are primarily performed at locations identified in a work plan or by the contracting officer’s representative. Respondents are asked to provide feedback on the notice attachments, answer the attached RFI questions, and submit a capability statement describing up to three similar projects completed within the past three years. Responses are limited to 10 pages and must include a cover letter with specified company, business-size, procurement-vehicle, and teaming information. This is market research, not a request for proposals or quotations; the anticipated five-year contract term consists of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
