Description
Ogden City seeks a provider to perform constable services for its Justice Court. The scope includes serving and arresting criminal bench-warrant subjects, providing bailiff and court security services, transporting prisoners to and from the court, retrieving bail and paperwork from the county jail each morning, and coordinating with court personnel. The provider must ensure personnel meet applicable licensing, training, background, bonding, and insurance requirements. Proposals must describe the firm's experience and proposed team, provide a detailed cost breakdown, demonstrate capability and qualifications, identify available equipment and when services can begin, and include at least three references and evidence of insurability. The contract has an initial three-year term, with up to two additional one-year renewals by mutual written agreement. The proposal is limited to 20 pages and must be submitted as four complete bound copies in one sealed envelope.
