Description
The Kentucky Department of Parks is soliciting up to 25 sponsors for the 2026 Kentucky State Park Trail Maintenance Workshop, scheduled for November 17–19, 2026. Sponsors may offer monetary donations or provide supplies, advertising, promotional items, and speakers or instructors. Sponsorship levels are Gold ($2,500), Silver ($1,000), and Bronze ($500), with benefits including event signage and program recognition, opportunities to address attendees for Gold sponsors, and future state-park lodging and golf certificates. Responses must include a signed solicitation cover page, title page with contact information, table of contents if applicable, any deviations, sponsor background and history, a notarized Required Affidavit for Bidders, Offerors and Contractors, and a sponsorship response describing the proposed display items or monetary donation. Three copies of the technical response are requested in a clearly marked, sealed envelope.
