A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at Conestee Park 840 Mauldin Rd, Greenville, SC 29611 on August 25, 2026 at 9:30 AM EST. • RFP #27010, Basketball Court Renovations until September 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM, EST. Two (2) Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meetings will be held as follows: o Slater Hall Community Center, located at 5 Whitney St, Slater, SC 29683, on September 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST. AND o Welcome Park, located at 5 York Drive, Greenville, SC 29611on September 2, 2026 at 1:30 PM EST. • RFP #27012 Fire Sprinkler and Alarm System, September 4, 2026, 3:00 PM. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 27, 2026 at 10:00AM at Tigerville Fire Department, 2605 Highway 414, Travelers Rest, SC 29690. Description
Greenville County, South Carolina is soliciting proposals for three distinct projects. The first project (RFP #27011) involves repairing the baseball field at Conestee Park, located at 840 Mauldin Rd, Greenville, SC 29611. The second project (RFP #27010) involves renovating basketball courts at two locations: Slater Hall Community Center at 5 Whitney St, Slater, SC 29683, and Welcome Park at 5 York Drive, Greenville, SC 29611. The third project (RFP #27012) involves installing a fire sprinkler and alarm system at Tigerville Fire Department, located at 2605 Highway 414, Travelers Rest, SC 29690. Proposals for each project are due on different dates in September 2026, and pre-proposal meetings are scheduled as specified.
