Description
The School District of Greenville County is seeking qualifications from firms to provide building envelope design services for Travelers Rest High School Phases 3 and 4 and Hollis Academy. The scope includes professional services associated with building envelope consulting, architecture, engineering, technical design writing and AutoCAD, and related field testing equipment and services, including air infiltration, spray nozzle, and spray rack testing. Respondents must complete and include the Consultant Fee Schedule, providing regular and overtime hourly rates for listed professional-service roles and unit costs for specified testing equipment.
