Description
The School District of Greenville County is requesting qualifications from firms to provide building envelope design services for League Academy and Chandler Creek. The attached fee schedule identifies professional services for principals, project managers, engineers, architects, building envelope consultants, technical design writers, and administrative support. The scope may also include field air-infiltration testing, field spray-nozzle testing, spray-rack testing, related equipment, and reimbursable travel expenses subject to the stated General Services Administration CONUS per diem limits. Proposers must complete and include the Consultant Fee Schedule in the proposal package.
