Description
The City seeks replacement of four existing bridges at Winston Lake Golf Course. The bridges span streams and serve pedestrian, golf-cart, and maintenance-vehicle traffic; the existing structures have timber deterioration, missing railings, and missing deck boards. The work includes replacing the bridges with PermaTrak structures in accordance with the drawings, resurfacing trails, and paving the approaches to the bridges. The awarded contractor must provide 100% performance and payment bonds and hold the required North Carolina license.
