Description
The project will convert open space into five offices. Work includes metal-stud walls finished with gypsum wallboard, four-inch base to match existing finishes, hollow metal doors, and paint to match existing walls. Existing windows, ceiling tiles, and carpet will remain. Existing electrical and HVAC systems must be relocated or reworked; data ports will be installed by others. Bidders must be properly licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes and must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and record their attendance to be considered.
