Description
The City of Enterprise is requesting statements of qualifications from experienced airport planning and engineering consultants to support improvement projects at Enterprise Municipal Airport. Potential services include preparation of federal and state funding applications; Disadvantaged Business Enterprise plan updates; hangar and other facility design; taxiway, runway, aircraft parking apron, lighting, road, navigation aid, air traffic control tower, and weather reporting system projects; master planning; and updates to the Airport Layout Plan in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards. Submissions will be evaluated based on technical capability, comparable airport experience, key personnel, geographic and airport knowledge, regulatory knowledge, and ability to meet schedules. The selected firm must have engineers registered to perform engineering services in Alabama. The submission is limited to 30 pages and must include an expression of interest and statement of qualifications.
