Description
Mohawk Medbuy Corporation is seeking a surgical robot system for Mackenzie Health. The scope includes the robotic platform and associated components such as surgeon consoles, patient carts, vision and imaging systems, energy platforms, software, instruments, accessories, consumables, and required interfaces. Proponents must address Health Canada licensing, Canadian regulatory and technical standards, clinical effectiveness and safety evidence, support for specified abdominal, urological, and gynecological procedures, and complete technical specifications. The proposal must also cover delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance testing, implementation, clinical go-live support, surgeon and staff training, credentialing support, maintenance, service levels, software and subscription costs, facility and networking requirements, and total cost of ownership. The anticipated agreement term is five years, with two additional one-year extension options; an optional five-year post-warranty service contract may also be proposed. The procurement includes mandatory business and clinical/technical responses, pricing schedules, reference validation, and a possible on-site demonstration.
