Description
The City seeks a contractor to remove refuse and partially demolish an abandoned garage structure. The work also includes filling the site, seeding, applying a straw blanket, and installing temporary storm sewer erosion protection. The outbuilding has no power, water, or sewer hookups, and no utility shutoffs are required.
