Description
The library is seeking firm-fixed-price quotes for internet access with a minimum capacity of 1 Gbps and a requested range up to 2 Gbps. The internet service should include domain name registration, at least one static IP address, a 99.97% uptime guarantee if available, and a maximum four-hour service response time, 24/7. Quotes should itemize all components, including any non-eligible services and ISP-owned equipment, and include statistical analysis access through a web interface and end-to-end maintenance on equipment used to deliver the service. The library also seeks approximately one WatchGuard M250 or equivalent firewall, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN and an active SAM.gov registration. The solicitation requires proof of workers’ compensation insurance and, upon award, proof of a $2 million liability insurance umbrella. Quotes must be emailed with the subject clearly marked “E-rate bid.”
