Description
The United States Patent and Trademark Office intends to negotiate a logical follow-on, firm-fixed-price sole-source contract with The Building People LLC. The requirement covers continued interior design support and the customization, reconfiguration, administration, and support of the IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System, including module development, reports and dashboards, user support, and integration with design, space planning, and occupancy-management operations. The notice states that The Building People is the sole contractor able to continue unfinished system-related and integrated design work without disrupting active TRIRIGA implementation activities. This is an intent-to-sole-source notice rather than a request for competitive proposals; any subsequent solicitation will be sent directly to the identified vendor and will not be publicly posted.
