Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for non-personal Initial Outfitting, Transition, and Activation (IOT&A) services in support of the new Gainesville, FL Outpatient Clinic (OPC). The clinic, approximately 188,418 net usable square feet with 1300 parking spaces, will consolidate outpatient services for mental health, home based primary care, specialty care, and ancillary diagnostics. The contractor will provide comprehensive project management, interior design, FF&E, and space planning support; CONOPS and transitioning planning; acquisition support services including package development, activation, delivery, relocation and installation, training, and turnover and post occupancy support. The period of performance is estimated at 46 months. This requirement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, and offerors must be verified by the VA and meet the size standard for NAICS 541614.
