Description
The University of Alaska Fairbanks is soliciting construction services for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil modifications at the Ernest N. Patty Center swimming pool on the Troth Yeddha' Campus. The work will correct building code deficiencies, replace aging systems, and improve life safety, energy efficiency, and overall facility performance. The project includes a building addition to house a new heat recovery ventilator (HRV). Additive alternates address pool vessel penetrations and piping, observation balcony railing upgrades, and pool filtration and treatment systems. The stated construction range is $5,000,000 to $9,000,000.
