Description
The South Dakota Department of the Military is soliciting bids for airfield ramp repair at Joe Foss Field in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, under OSE# N1827--114X. Electronic bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. An optional on-site pre-bid meeting will provide bidders with the only opportunity to review the site. Plans and specifications are available from the Office of the State Engineer. For bids exceeding $100,000, bidders must provide either a certified, cashier’s, or bank draft for 5% of the base bid and add alternates, or upload a 10% bid bond issued by an authorized surety and payable to the South Dakota Department of the Military.
