Description

The City seeks Statements of Qualifications from contractors for continuing construction and maintenance services across five categories: sanitary sewer pipe repair and replacement; cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and manhole rehabilitation; lift station rehabilitation; potable and reclaimed water main repair and replacement; and unscheduled emergency repairs covering those systems. Work may include excavation and pipe installation, inspections, bypass pumping, equipment replacement, mechanical and electrical upgrades, structural repairs, traffic control, restoration, and related permitting. Contractors may submit for multiple categories, and the City may select multiple firms. Emergency work is compensated on a time-and-materials basis; individual projects will be defined by Field Orders, with project pricing negotiated separately. The agreement has an initial three-year term and may be renewed once for two years by mutual agreement. No minimum amount of work is guaranteed. Contractors must have or be able to obtain applicable licenses, certifications, and insurance, and must provide required bonds before work is issued. The qualifications response includes project experience, references, key personnel, firm qualifications and licenses, contractual-failure disclosures, and business-enterprise outreach and utilization information.
