Description
The project requires removal of existing exterior rear-door assemblies for residential buildings, maintenance-room exterior door assemblies, and the main entry door to a development community room. The contractor must install new doors, frames, door leaves, hardware, and related accessories. The estimated project cost is $85,000. Bids must be submitted electronically through biddocs.com; hard-copy bids will not be accepted. Bid and contract documents are available electronically through that site. A site visit is scheduled for October 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EDT.
