Description
Centralia School District 135 is soliciting proposals for Category 2 internal-connection equipment consisting of 20 two-rack-unit UPS units and one one-rack-unit 500VA UPS unit, with enterprise-level Eaton, Tripp Lite, APC, or equivalent equipment permitted. The equipment will be distributed among three schools and the district office. Each proposed unit must include a one-year warranty on all parts, and vendors must identify manufacturer, model or SKU, quantity, unit cost, extended cost, eligible and ineligible components, and applicable shipping or other charges. The vendor must provide hardware only; the district will perform installation, design, configuration, and related labor. Proposals must include the vendor's SPIN, evidence of required hardware and software certifications, at least three comparable school references, and a company overview. Equipment must be supplied directly by the manufacturer or an authorized distributor. Subcontracting is permitted with district approval. Vendors must be in good standing with the E-rate program, provide separate pricing for ineligible items, and include a typical sales contract and maintenance contract. The anticipated purchase is dependent on E-rate funding approval and school board approval, with installation scheduled after April 1, 2027, following the applicable funding commitment decision.
