Description
The library is seeking quotes for internet access with a minimum capacity of 200 Mbps, including at least one static IP address, a 99.97% uptime guarantee if available, and a maximum four-hour service response time available 24/7. Quotes should itemize ISP-owned connectivity equipment and all service components, including web-based statistical analysis access and end-to-end maintenance of equipment used to deliver the service. Any non-eligible services or products must be separately itemized. The second category is managed internal broadband service for existing eligible equipment, including specified Ubiquiti switches, access points, extenders, mesh equipment, a UPS, and a gateway. The response must be a firm fixed price, identify non-eligible items separately, and account for the stated E-rate funding contingencies. Proof of workers’ compensation insurance is requested with the internet service bid; proof of a $2 million liability insurance umbrella is required upon award. Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN, maintain active SAM.gov registration, and have the 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file by September 1, 2027.
