Description
The Port of Longview is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of rail materials for its Industrial Rail Corridor Expansion. The procurement includes treated wood rail ties, concrete rail ties, steel rail ties, 136RE rail, 136RE joint bars, 136RE/112RE compromise joint bars, and insulated No. 11 and No. 15 turnouts. Materials are for supply-only delivery to the Port and may be sourced by a reseller or distributor, including direct shipment from a manufacturer. The procurement is subject to Build America, Buy America, and other federal transportation-funding requirements. The bid submission must include the Bid Form and Certification Regarding Lobbying, and bidders must acknowledge all issued addenda. No bid security, performance bond, or payment bond is required. WSDOT Forms 350-108 and 350-109 are required from the awarded vendor rather than with the bid.
