Description
Shelby County Government, for the Shelby County Engineering Department, is seeking one professional consultant appraisal firm and one professional consultant review appraisal firm to support the acquisition of additional roadway right-of-way and easements across approximately 15 to 18 tracts for the Hacks Cross Road Improvement Project. Services include Formal Part Affected Appraisals and Review Appraisals, with narrative reports provided in duplicate and digital PDF copies, in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act, USPAP, and Tennessee Department of Transportation guidelines. Firms must meet Tennessee licensing requirements, be listed as prequalified appraisal consultants by TDOT with unlimited status, maintain active Shelby County registration and vendor numbers, and demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience. The submission must include a letter of interest, statement of qualifications, required licenses and certifications, organizational information, resumes, methodology, four recent case studies, and at least three client references. Pricing is not required with the initial submission and will be negotiated with the selected vendor.
