Description
This Sources Sought Notice / Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the 127th Mission Support Contracting for market research purposes to identify potential sources capable of providing a Group 1 Unmanned Aerial System (sUAS). The system is intended for tactical reconnaissance in contested, GPS-denied, and zero-light environments. The government anticipates a requirement for the Skydio X10D or an equal platform that meets specific salient characteristics. Key requirements include Blue UAS Certification with an active Authority to Operate (ATO), zero-light autonomy with 360-degree obstacle avoidance, GPS-denied navigation using Visual Inertial Odometry (VIO), high thermal sensitivity (<30mK radiometric thermal sensor), and dynamic frequency management for the radio to maintain command and control in congested or contested Electronic Warfare environments. Interested parties are requested to submit a capability statement including company information (name, address, CAGE code, UEI, POC), business size status, and product information. If offering the Skydio X10D, confirmation of authorized reseller status and applicable contract numbers is required. If offering an "Equal" product, detailed technical specifications and a narrative demonstrating how all requirements are met, including proof of Blue UAS Cleared status, must be provided.
