Description
The Pleasant Dale Park District is soliciting sealed bids for improvements at Lake Carriage Way Park. The work includes site clearing, earthwork operations, concrete walks, underground drainage, playground installation, shelter renovation, site furnishings, planting, and seeding operations. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check equal to 10% of the base bid. The successful contractor must comply with applicable equal employment opportunity requirements, and minority business firms are encouraged to bid and be utilized as subcontractors where applicable.
