Description
The project covers rehabilitation of 16 manholes and six pump stations in the leachate collection system. Work includes mobilization and demobilization; surface cleaning and preparation, debris and existing liner removal, infiltration inspection, grouting, and rinsing; temporary bypass pumping and hauling; replacement of six manhole cones; odor control; and lining the manholes and pump stations with an approved epoxy coating, followed by testing. Further scope details and drawings are in the Project Manual. Bidders must submit documentation showing they are licensed to conduct business in Delaware. For bids exceeding $200,000, bid security of at least 10% of the total bid price is required. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds when the bid exceeds $200,000, execute the agreement and hold-harmless agreement, and provide required insurance evidence.
