Description
The City of Framingham is soliciting a filed painting sub-bid as part of a project to replace the existing fire alarm system at Cameron Middle School with a new code-compliant system. The fire alarm work includes new cabling, notification and initiating devices, control equipment, voice evacuation capability, testing, certification, and removal of the existing system after the replacement is approved. The painting scope includes painting new patched surfaces to match existing finishes and painting walls, ceilings, and other specified surfaces, including conduit where applicable. The bid package includes a sub-bid price sheet, a 5% bid deposit requirement, and multiple bidder certifications and forms. The painting sub-bid is submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct portal.
