Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation seeks a qualified and accredited contractor to install approximately 274 linear feet of 24-inch Thermoform PVC storm pipe liner within deteriorating pipe on SR 117. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, traffic control, pipeline cleaning and preparation, liner installation using steam, pre- and post-installation television inspections, cleanup, and incidental work. The contractor must comply with applicable PennDOT standards, environmental requirements, and public-safety requirements. This is a Small Business Contracting set-aside limited to businesses certified as Pennsylvania Department of General Services small businesses. Bidders must submit the electronic Invitation for Bid, a completed Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form, a valid certificate of insurance, and at least three professional references for similar work performed within the past five years. Award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest total bid. The purchase order is valid through June 30, 2027, without renewals, subject to a possible single-term extension of up to three months.
