Description
The contractor must provide annual preventative maintenance, inspection and testing, troubleshooting, repairs, load testing, and certification for the cranes and hoists identified in the Performance Work Statement. Services include lubrication, adjustment or replacement of components, correction of mechanical and electrical deficiencies, certified load testing, annual certification stickers, and written reports for each unit. The contractor must provide all required management, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, and certified test weights. The work is performed on-site and includes emergency service calls, response within one business day, minor repairs up to $500 in material cost per system, and authorized major repairs exceeding $500. The requirement is structured as a firm-fixed-price base period with four option years, covering October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031 if all options are exercised. The solicitation requires a quote, a redacted copy, CAGE number, Unique Entity Identifier, vendor contact information, product and pricing details, estimated lead time, warranty information, and a self-attestation of financial and technical capability.
