Description
NIWC Pacific is seeking a small business to fabricate 800 custom Modular KVM Mount Brackets under a firm-fixed-price contract. Each mount must clamp to the back of a desk, support a 4-port or 8-port modular KVM and power strip weighing at least 15–20 pounds, and include the specified L-brackets, KVM support brackets, knurled screw clamps, and flat-ended fasteners. The contractor must provide complete pricing, including FOB Destination shipping to the Government’s receiving location. Quotes must include a one-page capability statement addressing similar precision metal fabrication, material sourcing, and quality assurance; a complete price quote; proposed lead time in days after receipt of order; and available commercial warranty terms. The awarded contractor must produce one first article within 15 calendar days of contract award for Government inspection and approval before producing the remaining 799 units. Amendment 0004 also requires updated or confirmed technical/material information, delivery schedule, pricing, and completion of the Buy American certification provision, including disclosure of foreign end products when applicable. Fabrication must occur in the United States, and the procurement is restricted to small business concerns.
