Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking a turnkey supply of automotive rescue and fire extrication equipment for the Schriever Space Force Base Fire Department. The requirement includes two spreading tools, two cutting tools, two telescopic rams, two combination tools, interchangeable tool-tip sets, cutting-blade inserts, backpack systems, and adjustable chain packages. Equipment must meet specified dimensional and performance requirements, use a battery platform interchangeable with the Milwaukee M18 system, and include commercially available batteries rather than proprietary single-source components. The contractor must provide delivery, packaging, transportation, on-site testing, operational readiness, discrepancy resolution, and three training sessions covering operation, care, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safe use. The requirement also includes technical support and a one-year warranty covering parts, labor, and shipping. Quotes must include a complete product list, itemized pricing aligned with the CLIN structure, estimated delivery lead time, warranty information, a product book, a redacted copy of the quote, and a self-attestation of adequate financial and technical resources.
