Description
The Village of Park Forest is soliciting sealed bids for maintenance and rehabilitation of Well No. 5. The work includes removing, inspecting, repairing or replacing, reinstalling, and testing a U.S. Electric motor and water-lubricated pumping well assembly; rehabilitating the well; conducting a video survey; and submitting inspection reports. Proposals must be submitted on the provided forms. Prevailing wages apply, and the contractor must furnish sufficient insurance and indemnity protection for claims arising from negligent damage to persons or property during the work and until final acceptance.
