Description
The Defense Microelectronics Activity intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for one Nordson PRO4 tabletop dispensing tool and on-site training for two operators. The equipment is required for microelectronics die bonding and encapsulation and must include the specified dispensing hardware, software, programmable motion control, dispensing pumps, camera, reservoir capacity, and drip-prevention capabilities. The quote must include pricing for the dispensing tool with shipping and a separate line item for on-site training. The solicitation permits contractor-generated quote forms and evaluates offers based on fair and reasonable price and overall best value.
